We reflect that by assigning each NFT a class from Tree to Leaf.
Every NFText Tree Collection (containing the Main-Branch, Sub-Branch & Leaf class NFTs) has a corresponding Tree class NFT (drop coming soon) which gives its current holder access to all secondary sales royalties from marketplaces like OpenSea and Rarible.
All royalty earnings of a collection go to a dedicated Gnosis Safe and can then be claimed at anytime by the owner of the related Tree class NFT.
Promote your adopted collection to maximize your royalty earnings! But keep in mind that if you sell/transfer your Tree class NFT you’ll also lose access to royalties and the new owner will be granted access instead.

Royalties will be paid for each transaction on marketplaces that are respecting this standard, like Rarible.com. OpenSea has recently announced they plan to add EIP-2981 support in the near future. For now our collections support both the official EIP-2981 standard as well as OpenSeas own royalty system.

All royalties of Main-Branch, Sub-Branch and Leaf class NFT sales will go to a specified payout address, which in our case is a dedicated Gnosis Safe that we set up for each collection to safely store and distribute funds.
We aim to process any ownership change within 24-48h and plan to fully automate and speed up the procedure further down the road. Please note that a service fee of 0.01ETH will be deducted from the safe balance AFTER every change of ownership to cover required gas fees.
